Pervasive: Version 13

Sage 50c Pastel Xpress / Partner Accounting (version 19.4.8):

* Added an option to password-protect emailed statements and documents.
* Fixed Status 3 error that might occur if the relevant file has already been closed
* Inclusive amount displays as double on the Project Detailed Ledger when using 100% tax. This has now been fixed.
* Fixed Runtime Error 13 linked to the Net Mass field when editing inventory, and the company 1000 separator is set to a comma.
* Prevented users without View Menu access from viewing financials in View-Only mode. This applies to expired registrations and companies set to View Only Mode.
* Some users may have experienced a Status 3 file 45 Error message when processing an inventory journal. This has now been fixed.
* Restored the warning message for outstanding Sales Orders when linking Purchase Order to Goods Received Notes.
* Fixed tax-related imbalances when the company is set to 3 decimal places.
* Enabled Live Chat feature for international customers.
* An issue was identified on the Invoice Screen where email messages could not be sent after loading an invoice and re-printing documents. This behaviour has been addressed to ensure email functionality works correctly.

Pervasive Version 13:

Actian (the company that provides and develops Pervasive) no longer supports earlier Pervasive versions. Sage are therefore encouraging all of their clients to upgrade to Pervasive version 13.

* Pastel tables update faster and more reliably.
* File structure less prone to corruption than previous versions.

Your annual licence fee includes upgrades to the latest versions. Although the software is free, we will charge for time to upgrade your version. There may be a minimal charge to upgrade the Pervasive version.
